Profile Sought:

We are looking for a proactive and autonomous individual capable of leading a team in a dynamic and demanding environment. You have:

• Education:

A DEC diploma in operations management or another relevant field.

• Experience:

At least 3 to 5 years of team management experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Technical and Behavioral Skills:

Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage priorities
Rigour, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
Natural leadership, team spirit, innovation, and dynamism
Knowledge of industrial environments, health and safety (HSE), and continuous improvement

Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)

• Languages:

Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English (an asset).

Working Conditions:

• Contract: Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, evening shift (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.).
• Compensation: Annual salary from $80,000 to $95,000, with a bonus of 5 to 10% of the annual salary every 6 months, depending on experience.
