J Job Summary: The Production Supervisor assists the Production Manager in meeting the set goals of the President/CEO in manufacturing quality PVC pipe at the lowest costs along with overseeing and developing staff performance. Job Responsibilities: * Oversee and train staff in the manufacture of PVC pipe to include line startup and operations, changeovers, and ensuring a quality product. * Comply and ensure all personnel follow safety and company policies and procedures in all areas of the facility. * Troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimum product quality and efficiency. * Train, oversee, and continue development of staff and overall production performance. * Monitor production activities in the absence of the Production Manager. * Conduct daily walk-thru to evaluate pipe quality, extruder conditions, and cleanup. * Ensure production runs efficiently with minimal scrap rate. * Ensure PVC pipe is weight compliant. * Achieve monthly production goal set by President/CEO. * Perform all other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Responsibilities

Oversee the manufacture of PVC pipe, ensuring quality standards and minimal scrap rates are maintained. Lead and develop staff performance while ensuring strict adherence to safety and company policies.
