Tasks / Funciones: Daily follow up performance from safety/ quality/ delivery/ cost of NX blade China OEM plant to ensure NX target are 100% fulfillment by OEM plant Defining and working on LEAN to support NX global blade strategy and tracking blade OEM implementation. Identify and eliminate recurring process quality issues in cooperation with Nordex quality Deep dive process improvement opportunities and push blade OEM to carry out According to pick up plan to assess operation process risks and make elimination actions Regular meeting with blade OEM to review their operator’s competence whether meet NX requirements Support China MPM on daily operation KPIs driving Profile / Perfil: Bachelor of Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Rotor blade quality knowledge/experience required. Knowledge of blade manufacturing process and materials. Strong blade defect trouble shooting ability. Leading and communications skills. Languages/Level / Idiomas/Nivel: Mature English. Experience / Experiencia: At least 5 years in rotor blade manufacturing. Responsibilities

The supervisor will be responsible for the daily performance tracking of safety, quality, delivery, and cost for the NX blade China OEM plant to ensure 100% target fulfillment. This includes defining and tracking LEAN implementation, identifying and eliminating quality issues, and assessing operational process risks.
