You'll play a key role in developing talent, managing performance, and collaborating across departments to meet production goals.   What You'll Do: * Supervise all production personnel and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. * Monitor processes and equipment to maximize productivity and efficiency. * Organize and adjust work schedules to meet production demands. * Conduct performance reviews and coach team members for growth. * Collaborate with other departments to enhance operations and resolve issues. * Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure food safety compliance. * Participate in facility metrics reporting and support Wis-Pak's strategic goals. * Enforce safety protocols and respond to incidents with appropriate follow-up. * Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.   DISCLAIMER: The information listed above is not intended to be an all-inclusive job description.
