We are currently accepting applications for a dynamic, highly skilled, and organized individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor at our processing facility in Fortune, Newfoundland and Labrador.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar management role, preferably within the fishing industry.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to work independently, motivate others, and contribute to a team-based performance environment.
  An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
