We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor to lead a key manufacturing department within a respected and long-standing local business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid engineering background who enjoys problem-solving, team leadership, and taking ownership on the shop floor.

• Running and organising the day-to-day operations of a department of this busy production facility
• Supporting fault finding and tool changes on mechanical machinery
• Liaising with production teams and the Factory Manager to meet daily and weekly targets
• Training and mentoring operatives to ensure flexibility across the team
• Supporting continuous improvement activity
• Collaborating with other departments regularly to ensure optimal machine performance
