Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO Ensure the production is carried out as per SOP. Monitor and report any unsafe condition/unsafe act immediately and take steps to resolve the same. Responsible for end to end production of Extruded Jelly/Similar High technology line Maintain good house-keeping always. Monitor process parameters, ensure adherence to process parameters and train the operatives Generation of necessary reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis Report and escalate breakdown issues to Maintenance and follow up for timely resolution to ensure minimum loss of production. Collate and provide inputs on production issues/manufacturing feasibility for the line.                                                                                                                                                  OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE Holds a Batchelor’s degree/Higher National Diploma in Engineering related field. 5 – 8 years relevant experience. A Professional Certification in Health, Safety & Environment is desirable. Excellent organizational and supervisory skills required. Strong Stakeholder Management & Influencing Skills. Empathy balanced with firmness. Excellent prioritization skill. Passionate to grow team members. Good report writing skills. Committed to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
