Description Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Summary Role and Responsibilities Oversee the shredding and grinding processes and procedures Strong Leadership Skills is a Must Evaluate each line of the shredding and grinding process to maintain optimum efficiency Enforce all safety policies on the floor Creating and overseeing employee training to increase production Oversee and maintain all required documentation Inspecting material for quality and accuracy during the production process Maintain communication between management and operators to ensure necessary policies are understood and followed Responsible for safety as it pertains to daily tasks: PPE, GMPs, etc. All other duties and tasks as may be directed from time to time Schedule Shifts: 2nd Shift 3-11:30PM Monday - Friday and overtime as needed.
