• Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office/production equipment.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• May be required to bend, reach and lift to 25 lbs.

• Assist Production Management by ensuring that the set standards are met in quality, productivity and timing.
• Ensure that communications and timing is coordinated between production and scalers/linen distributors.
• Communicate delays to dispatchers and customer service immediately.
• Communicate any equipment problems to technicians in a timely manner and follow through to ensure those problems have been addressed and resolved.
• Train employees in all aspects of safety, quality and production.
• Communicate quality concerns to the Production Manager in a timely manner.
• Report to the Production Manager any concerns, problems or issues which have not been addressed or resolved in a timely manner.
• Control overtime and keep to a minimum.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• On occasion, assists workers and performs any of the operations supervised in order to maintain the production schedule.
