Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate activities of production team members in accordance with company policies and aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100). * Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency. * Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper use of equipment and materials. * Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production concerns. * Train, coach, and evaluate team members; enforce safety and operational procedures. * Maintain production documentation, logs, and reports. * Support lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions. Required Qualifications: * Master’s degree or Mechanical Engineering degree * Between 0 and 2 years of experience  Preferred Qualifications: * Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace or other regulated industry. * Knowledge of aerospace standards and quality systems (AS9100, FAA). * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work effectively with internal clients at the highest levels of the organization.
