Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, personable, and skilled Production Supervisor at our Loudon, TN location. This position has a direct impact on the success of the Rotary department at our Loudon plant. If you are a Production Supervisor who can: Help Guide others to meet production and quality needs in a safely manner Conduct Root Cause Anaylsis for scrap, downtime, or other processes Ensure proper record keeping of shift activities through auditing Create a team friendly enviornment Assist in scheduling production Then you will be the perfect Production Supervisor candidate for Real Alloy. Qualifications Production Supervisor: Education or equivalent experience required Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school plus two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience. Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and multi-task. Must be able to influence and work effectively with all levels of employees Computer or technical skills required Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
