岗位目标: 通过流程化的日常标准流程化管理、人员统筹与协调，推动精益制造方法落地，保障生产现场规范有序、员工操作安全，实现生产线每日生产任务质量达标、效率达标、产量按时足额完成，并持续提升产线整体运营效率与产品生产质量岗位职责: 1. 生产计划执行与调度：负责产线日计划分解与落地，依据出货需求，灵活调配生产线人员、生产物料及工装设备，保障每日生产任务按时足额完成，稳定达成产能交付目标。 2. 人员管理与精益生产落地：全面负责产线员工的日常纪律管理、岗位技能培训，重点开展组装、测试、记录填写等专项培训，完成员工上岗资质认定，确保持证上岗率 100%；推动一线员工运用精益制造方法开展日常工作，优化生产作业流程，提升生产效率。 3. 标准化培训体系搭建：具备编写和优化“岗位工作指导书及操作技能培训材料”的能力与经验，确保持续更新培训文档以符合医疗器械法规及工艺变更要求。 4. 现场管理与异常处理：负责管理生产线设备现场操作使用及每日点检维护、生产资源统筹协调；主导处理产线工艺异常、物料异常、设备故障等各类突发问题，快速制定主导解决方案并落地执行；对于无法自行解决的重大异常，按规定时限及时向上级及工艺、质量部门汇报，全程跟进问题整改直至闭环。 5. ERP 系统实操与数据管理：熟练操作主流 ERP 系统，每日独立完成生产订单领料、报工、入库、退料等全流程操作，精准录入生产数据，保障生产数据实时、准确，杜绝仅流程审批的形式化操作。 6. 安全生产管控：落实生产现场安全管理规范，监督员工规范操作，排查现场安全隐患，杜绝安全事故发生，保障一线员工生产安全。 7. 日常管理与工作汇报：主持生产班组早会、晚会，做好工作安排、问题通报与总结；每日输出《生产日报》，详细梳理当日计划达成率、未达成原因、人员出勤情况、生产异常及次日生产风险预警，同步上报生产经理。岗位要求: 1. 经验要求: 必须：拥有 5 年以上一线生产人员管理实战经验，从事生产制作行业生产主管或相关管理岗位工作经验优先：有源医疗器械（呼吸机、监护仪、麻醉机、输注泵等）生产管理相关经验 2. 学历要求: 统招本科及以上学历，理工科、管理类相关专业 3. 核心素质: 具备极强的责任心与工作闭环意识，能快速适应制造现场快节奏工作模式，拥有较好的抗压能力、沟通协调能力、问题解决能力与现场管控能力 4. 加分技能: 熟练掌握金蝶/用友/SAP/Oracle 等主流 ERP 系统生产模块，可独立完成生产订单下达、子件领料、工序汇报、完工入库等系统操作；具备生产线人员管理、生产计划调度、现场异常处理实操能力；熟悉精益生产管理方法和数字化生产管理经验。 Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
