Job Description In this role, you play a critical role in overseeing the quality, planning and productivity of Pneumatics and Hydraulics and related processes to ensure operational excellence through effective day-to-day management. Responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating a team of production staff Managing and fostering a positive, productive and safe work environment Planning, organising and overseeing daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines Implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure products meet required standards Fostering a culture of discipline and continuous improvement driving enhancements to the work environment to support long term efficiency and team performance Qualifications Qualifications & Technical knowledge HND or equivalent experience Proven experience in a manufacturing environment Management level qualification or significant experience of leading a team IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualification Skills required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems Flexible, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude Strong team player who collaborates well with others Additional Information Our purpose is Keeping the World Flowing for Future Generations.
