REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma and above in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, preferably in Rubber Molding Operations
• Strong Experience in various molding and peeling processes

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily rubber molding operations across multiple work centers
• Execute machine setups, ensuring correct mold configurations according to BOM and work instructions
• Monitor production KPIs, including cycle time, downtime, mold changeover efficiency, and yield
• Enforce quality standards through regular product checks on specifications and tolerances
• Perform root cause analysis of molding defects (e.g., flash, shortflow, air traps) and coordinate 8D corrective actions
• Collaborate with QA and engineering on first article validation and PFMEA processes
• Develop and improve molding and peeling processes to boost efficiency and precision
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce scrap, optimize material flow, and remove bottlenecks
• Monitor curing parameters such as temperature, pressure, and curing time to ensure batch consistency
• Recommend mold design improvements and tooling upgrades to enhance cycle times
• Manage production routing and costing
• Identify cost-saving opportunities by reducing scrap, rework, and cycle times
• Plan production orders to optimize workflows and maximize machine utilization for better productivity
