We’re seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Fresh Milk operations in Allansford. Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day operations in the Fresh Milk plant, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead a team of 50, drive continuous improvement, and maintain compliance with food safety standards. Lead and develop a production team to achieve KPIs. Ensure compliance with OHS, HACCP, and quality systems. Monitor budgets, labour management, and production performance. Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and quality. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. About you Proven leadership experience in manufacturing (food or dairy preferred). Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and operational SOPs. Certificate IV or Diploma in manufacturing or food/dairy processing is desirable. Excellent communication and problem-solving and organisational skills. Ability to influence, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
