What awaits you at Mynaric Supervise and support the production team during second-shift operations Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met Monitor workflow, machine utilization, and production efficiency Support and guide operators on machining and manufacturing processes including Turning, Milling, and Polishing Troubleshoot production and process-related issues and coordinate with other departments when required Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment Handle shift responsibilities independently and make timely operational decisions during second shift Foster positive teamwork, communication, and employee engagement on the production floor What you bring with you Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a strong advantage Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially Turning, Milling, and Polishing operations Experience working with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or similar manufacturing software is required Strong communication and people-management skills Ability to work independently and effectively manage second-shift operations Knowledge or experience in Optics Production and optomechanics is an advantage Good communication skills in English and German knowledge skill is an advantage What we offer you Become part of the company that is changing the world!
