Description
Supervise and support production personnel to meet daily targets in quality, output, and efficiency. Production Planning: Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules, incorporating staffing, training, and capacity planning. 3-5 years experience people-management in a dynamic production environment Level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline such as Engineering/Science/Production Mgt. Excellent Planning & organising skills are essential for this role. Metrics and Continuous improvement experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to motivate and engage with teams. Experience of managing a team. Collaborate with Warehousing, Quality Assurance, Packaging, and Engineering teams to ensure timely product flow and shipment. GMP, 5S & Housekeeping: Promote and maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Practices and workplace cleanliness. Process Oversight: Monitor material flows, space utilization, and equipment performance to ensure optimal production efficiency. Manage time and attendance, holiday planning, and contribute to build plan and progress tracking. Health, Safety & Environment: Work with EHS to identify and reduce environmental impacts and ensure a safe working environment.
