[https://www.lgensol-vt.com.] Job Title: Production Supervisor Reports to: Production Manager Locations: Phoenix, Arizona Summary This role is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the production line and ensuring stable manufacturing performance for energy storage system (ESS). The position leads daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. This role manages coordinates workflow, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities • Oversee and manage daily operations of the production line to ensure production targets and operational goals are achieved • Monitor and manage production performance indicators including OEE, productivity, yield, and downtime • Manage and support production manager, including scheduling, manpower allocation and task assignment • Coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues • Monitor key production metrics such as productivity, downtime, and yield • Prepare production reports and communicate operational status to management Qualifications • Associate’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering preferred • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production line operations • Language: Fluent in English, Korean preferred Experience • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations • Experience managing production line and process improvement • Experience working with manufacturing equipment, automation systems, or MES preferred Physical Requirements • Must be able to properly and regularly utilize the following PPE for a period of up to 12 hours • Safety glasses and Steel-toed shoes • Must be able to work for a period of up to 12 hours • Day shift or night shift depending on production schedule LGESVT is an Equal Opportunity employer that values the diversity of its workforce.
