Description

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and directing all daily production activities for Markle operations and solving issues as they arise. This position is a working Supervisor who will be working side by side with their crew. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Plans and directs plant operations. · Focuses on driving Safety, quality, and productivity. · Develops, implements, and enforces operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality and revenue. · Provides leadership, management, and motivation to attain high levels of employee achievement and retention. · Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. · Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Processing facilities/ areas are dusty.
