1.Responsible for the compliance of the production plan in a time. 2.Responsible for the professional development of his/her Technicians 3.Be a coach and facilitator for Technicians. 4.Apply the WCM focused on the quality and Plant productivity. 5.Effective implementation and leadership of the Autonomous Maintenance in order to improve quality and productivity. 6.Being a leader and encourage teamwork with service areas Qualifications 1. Involvement in the process for production troubleshooting, maintenance and Die room. 2. Initiate disciplinary measures according to company policy 3. Provide a positive, motivating example for technicians. 4. Conduct training or authorize training of production technicians. 5. Monitoring compliance with World-Class Teams. 6. Fluency English 7. 3 years experience
