Responsibilities Supervise the full production process from samples to final production Follow up on production timelines and factory deliveries Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout all stages Coordinate between the office, warehouse, and factories Monitor inventory and production flow with warehouse teams Conduct factory and field visits when needed Solve production issues and ensure smooth operational workflow Prepare production and follow-up reports regularly Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion production or garment manufacturing Previous experience working with factories, warehouses, and field operations Strong understanding of the production cycle from sampling to final delivery Experience in quality control and production follow-up Ability to coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Flexible to move between the office, warehouse, factories, and field visits when required Good communication and reporting skills Medical Insurance Dynamic and creative work environment Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding fashion brand Work alongside a passionate and ambitious team
