Responsibilities

As a Production Supervision Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.
  • Managing responsibility for exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
  • Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions - some latitude in ways of working and planning.
  • Providing total cell / group leadership in the attainment of goals with respect to safety, quality, cost, production and compliance.
  • Directing process / product improvement programs and provide process method excellence throughout the organization.
  • Leading cell / group to achieving goals in asset utilization, process / manufacturing loss improvement, delivered quality, delivery and cost reduction.
  • Providing total cell / group leadership to continuously improve manufacturing, test, assembly and process for all assigned products / processes.
  • Providing leadership to achieve asset utilization, cost attainment, quality, delivery, budget, and personnel goals

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school education with prove experience in Manufacturing).
  • Have proven experience in Lean manufacturing.
  • Have sound oral and written communication skills.
  • Have relevant experience in Subsea Wellhead (or equivalent) products and testing equipment
  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently.
  • Have excellent problem solving skills
