We’re now looking for an experienced Food Production Supervisor to join our team and oversee the production of pie toppings, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and efficiency.
The Role:
As the Food Production Supervisor – Toppings Pies, you will lead a team in preparing, cooking, and assembling products to the highest standards. You’ll ensure recipes are followed precisely, production targets are met, and strict food safety standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
  • Train, coach, and motivate production operatives, ensuring high performance and teamwork.
  • Monitor cooking processes, portioning, and ingredients to meet recipe and product specifications.
  • Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations (HACCP).
  • Maintain accurate records of production, waste, and quality checks.
  • Work closely with the Technical and Quality team to maintain product standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and support new product development.

About You:

  • Proven experience in food manufacturing, ideally in bakery, ready meals, or cooked products.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, allergen controls).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Good attention to detail with a focus on consistency and quality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to production demands.
  • Flexible with working hours/shifts to meet production schedules.
