T&T Power Group is an industrial engine driven equipment sales and service company. We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the opening of the Production Supervisor position. This is a Supervisory position with responsibilities that support our service business nationwide. The successful candidate will be expected to grasp the complexities of the job and demonstrate the ability to successfully handle many disparate responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Comfort in a fast-paced and constantly changing working environment
· Ability to produce consistent quality of work under pressure
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
· Exceptional time management skills
· Ability to identify and solve problems through meticulous planning and careful execution with little to no oversight or direction
· Heavy lifting ( up to 40-50lbs)
· Great attention to detail
· A team player with excellent written/verbal communication skills (English)

Responsibilities

· Supervising and supporting production technicians
· Assembling and insulating enclosures
· Assembling engine and generator components
· Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
· Anticipate issues that could slow or stop production and work with the Production office to resolve.
· Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, QC reports, documents, etc.
· Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
· Taking on anything that is sent your way, and making it happen
