EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS

• 3rd Level qualification -preferably in an engineering discipline (Desirable)

• Accountable for the production activities of the department assigned to you, including but not limited to:- Safety, Quality, Cost and Customer Service targets
• Continuous improvement of set KPI’s within your departments
• Develop strong and effective working relationships with cross functional departments i.e. Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Finance and Product Development to ensure all have a clear understanding of expectations and KPI’s within your department
• Responsible for maintaining high standards in relation to EH&S, 6S, GMP and housekeeping of your department
• Able to make effective and timely decisions for Product Rejects and Process Stops and Deliver accurate and timely information on departments performance to Managers and communicate during Tier Meetings
• Drive and support project improvement activities as the need arises
