We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Campsie facility in Derry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Distribute work to the different teams on the floor
• Keep record of projects on the Floor and track their progress
• Having daily meetings with the Production team leaders to assess progress on jobs
• Work to a timed Production Schedule
• Look after the employees holidays after they get their holiday request sheet signed by the Manager
• Conduct 5’s checks on each Dept. to ensure adequate house keeping
• Upkeep of the ISO9001 standard and conduct daily checks
• Liaise with BSI Auditor
• Clock in reports & time keeping issues
• Conduct interviews for Production floor
• Conduct all return to work
• Conduct / sit-in in all Disciplinary hearings
