Responsibilities
  • Meeting all daily targets that are set by management
  • Managing your team effectively to get the targets completed
  • Keeping your work area clean & tidy after each job and at the end of each day
  • Applying good people management and organising your team effectively to get better productivity out of your staff
  • Undertake accurate job-costings to every job that you are set
  • Completing production books carefully and accurately each day
  • Assess the quality of all products to be sure they are of the highest standard
  • Carrying out checks and completing BRC paperwork for the following:
  • Personal Hygiene checks
  • Daily Production checks
  • Glass and hard brittle plastic checks
  • Case Knife & Scissor Control Logs
  • Plaster Issue & Monitoring Logs
  • Helping in all areas of the warehouse as needed
  • Preparation of premises for next days work.
