We're currently seeking a passionate and skilled Production Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, engineered solutions to our customers worldwide. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating 1st and 2nd shift contract molding, inspection, and packaging activities to ensure proper timing, efficiency, and quality. Maintains and supervises proper production procedures including process control, lot traceability, inventory control, and packaging. The Production Supervisor is also responsible for the safety, housekeeping, and cleanliness of the molding operations. Responsibilities Provides supervision, coordination, and follow-up to all work delegated to general production worker personnel. Consistently achieves and improves production and quality standards. Coordinates with other support departments such as mold technicians, engineering, quality to provide high precision medical products meeting customer's requirements while at the same time delivering on-time. Provides training and maintains proper process, machine, and lot-trace ability documentation according to ISO procedures. Works with Production Planner to coordinate and prioritize schedule to meet on time delivery. Regularly walk the production floor throughout the day to monitor productivity/performance of general production workers. Maintain and approve hourly worker timecards. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Requirements Three-year related manufacturing experience minimum – medical GMP / ISO environment preferred. Prior supervisory experience with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and mechanical aptitude skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any ERP system Excellent coaching and delegating skills. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skills Bilingual Skills (English & Spanish) a plus. This position is at our Fairfield, NJ location.
