We’re looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to join our team and guide a dynamic production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do: Lead & Support the Team Supervise production employees, ensuring they receive proper training, guidance, and motivation. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Champion Safety & Compliance Enforce safety policies, conduct training, and ensure PPE use. Respond promptly to incidents and promote a culture of safety. Drive Quality Assurance Oversee production to ensure products meet or exceed expectations. Manage non-conforming products and maintain accurate quality records. Boost Production Efficiency Monitor goals, address inefficiencies, and align with scheduling teams to meet output expectations. Maintain Workplace Organization Keep the production floor clean and “customer visit ready” through daily audits and organization. Collaborate & Solve Problems Partner with maintenance, engineering, and other teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. Manage Policies & People Uphold company policies, manage schedules, approve time records, and handle performance feedback and corrective actions. Champion Continuous Improvement Identify and implement process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in a related field Strong understanding of production processes and quality control Proven ability to lead teams, provide coaching, and foster a positive, productive work environment Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a production setting Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with basic computer systems for documentation and reporting Take the next step in your leadership journey and apply today!
