Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: · Monitor daily plan vs actual output and take corrective action for GAP. * Resource management – Human, Material * Drive Continuous improvement through VOS (Vertiv operating system) * Ensure quality products are delivered. * Ensure safe environment on the line and drive 5S. * On the Job training to new operators. * Achieve desired efficiency and productivity levels. * Coordination with Store and purchase for material requirement. QUALIFICATIONS: · B.E/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Production. * Production management * Knowledge of MS office and ERP system like Oracle / SAP * Interpersonal skills / Analytical skills / Problem solving skills / Team player. * Understanding of Lean principles. * 3 - 5 yrs. experience in manufacturing Industry managing Assembly line. * Willing to work in shifts

Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor is responsible for monitoring daily output, managing human and material resources, and driving continuous improvement through the Vertiv operating system. They must also ensure product quality, maintain a safe working environment, and coordinate material requirements with the store and purchase departments.
