Job title: Production Support Analyst

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum years of experience: 3+ years

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Nashville, Tennessee/Morrisville, NC.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of Unix, SQL
• understanding of troubleshooting issues by analyzing Application logs
• Understanding of Incident Management.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with production support
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Good Communication and Analytical skills
