YOUR CAPABILITY AND EXPERIENCE

  • A foundational understanding of incident management processes and technology platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the EDGE platform by identifying, investigating, and assisting in resolving platform issues.
  • Manage the triaging of incidents, categorising their priority, and ensuring the appropriate teams are engaged for resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver quick and effective solutions.
  • Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools, systems, and processes while working alongside experienced professionals.
