Description

Strong background in production support role with minimum 7+ years of experience. Strong incident management skills with the ability to handle critical situations. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Strong hands on experience of UNIX, Database Concepts, SQL Queries and Database Performance. Experience working with application Monitoring/Alerting Tools (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus etc.). Strong coding/scripting skills: Python / Perl / Shell (Any one). Understanding of schedulers (Autosys, Control M etc.) Excellent communication (written & oral both) and analytical skills. Excellent Stakeholder Management skills and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in computer science, I.T, or a related technical/ engineering field. Familiar with Banking Financial Products like Fund Services, Equity and Fixed Income, Securities. Different types of risks in an investment bank. Trade flow would be plus.
