We’re seeking a detail-driven Production Support Engineer to play a pivotal role in coordinating technical data, compiling quality documentation, and supporting the smooth delivery of workshop projects. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Liaising with workshop, engineering, and QA teams to gather scope and technical requirements.
• Coordinating technical data collection during strip and inspect projects.
• Preparing clear, accurate customer reports and method statements.
• Assembling QA-compliant job dossiers including photos, inspection records, and sign-offs.
• Supporting ISO 9001 standards and driving documentation improvements
• Providing flexible assistance to workshop and engineering teams as needed.
