Here’s how you will make a difference in this role… The Production Support Engineer is responsible for the availability/health of the production environment of the relevant systems under the management of the Production Support scope, identifying recurring issues to drive a permanent solution, identifying and recording risks, and has a strong customer focus to improve the customer/user experience across the MMS Group. The Production Support Engineer will be responsible for resolving incidents/ fulfilling requests, following ITIL good practice of Incident and Problem Management discipline for managing & reducing Production incidents. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: Monitoring of production platforms (servers, services, databases, applications) via monitoring tools, and response to alerts, where there is a risk to service availability Server patching/upgrades/maintenance Monitoring of batch processing and addressing failures (RDS, ABAT & Online Claims) Configuration of ABAT & RDS Triage of data issues SFTP configuration and management Production releases Data fix deployments Scheduled reporting Support of payments processing At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: Good understanding of SQL Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops ITIL knowledge Demonstrated 2 years experience in production support Knowledge of ServiceNow and Agile processes Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC, aka.
