JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dedicated Production Support professional to join our team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and applications The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to collaborate with various departments to support and maintain our software systems
Responsibilities
o Monitor and troubleshoot production issues for various systems and applications
o Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve production issues
o Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions to prevent future issues
o Create and maintain documentation related to production issues and resolutions
o Implement and maintain processes and procedures to improve production support
o Provide daily weekly and monthly reports on system performance and issue status
o Coordinate with development teams to ensure proper deployment and release of software updates
o Participate in oncall rotation and respond to production issues after business hours
Requirements
o Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
o 5 to 7 years of IT experience and 3 to 4 Yrs of exp in Production Support or related role can be considered too
o Strong technical skills in any one from Java SQL UNIX and scripting languages
o Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues efficiently
o Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
o Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams effectively
o Familiarity with ITIL processes and procedures
o Willingness to participate in oncall rotatio
