Quest is our in-house manufacturing division, producing custom stainless-steel fabrications and gas appliances, and the Production Support role is at the foundation of keeping that operation running smoothly. What You'll Do * Read and interpret production orders and pick lists to identify required parts and materials * Pick parts and materials accurately based on production queue requirements * Assemble and deliver complete kits to welders and other production team members as required * Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely and efficiently * Verify quantities and dimensions of parts and materials against production orders * Maintain accurate records of picked and delivered materials * Participate in clean-up and maintenance of the production floor * Adhere to all company policies and procedures and contribute to a healthy and safe workplace * Perform other related duties as required Where You'll Work This is a full-time, onsite role based at the Quest manufacturing facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. You'll work on an active manufacturing floor alongside a skilled team of TIG welders, brake operators, nesting and laser operators, craters, and shippers: a dynamic environment where your work directly supports what gets built every day. What You Bring Education and Experience * High school diploma or equivalent * No previous manufacturing experience required — on the job training will be provided * Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is considered an asset * Experience operating pallet jacks or similar warehouse equipment is considered an asset Skills and Abilities * Basic computer literacy, with the ability to learn new systems as required * Ability to read and interpret basic dimensions and quantities * Knowledge of safe lifting and handling techniques * Ability to carry and move materials in excess of 50 pounds * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy * Reliable and consistent, with an understanding of the impact this role has on the broader production team * Committed to workplace safety, for yourself and your teammates * Able to work independently and as part of a team Our Commitment to Inclusion Russell Hendrix welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
