Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate or Experienced Production Support Specialist to join the Shipside Support Team based out of Portland, Oregon. This position is available for our 1st or 2nd shift.
This is an opportunity to join a highly skilled team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that works together to meet our customers’ needs with quality, speed, and efficiency. As a member of this team, you will continuously develop and manage the structure to enable the pace and performance of the Line Side Control Center teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing
• 6+ months of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
• Experience in Data Analysis
• Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays and overtime

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Experience using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

SUMMARY PAY RANGE:

Associate (Level 2): $65,700 – $80,300
Experienced (Level 3): $81,900 - $100,100
