Job Description About the Role We are seeking a reliable and proactive Production Support Specialist to support our high-tech production environment. In this role, you will ensure smooth material flow, timely replenishment, and uninterrupted production operations within our manufacturing area. You will play a key part in maintaining lean processes, reducing downtime, and supporting efficient cleanroom operations. Key Responsibilities • Ensure timely delivery and replenishment of materials, components, and consumables to production workstations. • Remove finished goods, scrap, and empty material containers from the production floor. • Manage Kanban systems and material call signals to support Just-in-Time production. • Monitor inventory levels at point-of-use and proactively escalate potential shortages. • Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled material staging areas in accordance with 5S standards. • Support adherence to cleanroom procedures, contamination control, and safety standards. • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow, waste reduction, and operational efficiency. • Communicate effectively with operators, logistics, and supervisors to prevent production interruptions. Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or material handling, ideally in a high-tech or cleanroom environment. • Experience working in a cleanroom environment is a plus. • High level of reliability, organization, and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. • Physically able to move materials and stand or walk for extended periods. • Proactive, structured working style with a focus on maintaining continuous flow. Additional Information The expected salary range for this position is between $25 and $31/hr. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit-sharing bonus with a target of 10% as well as 401K match up to 8% (vesting schedule).
