Work Experience: Entry-Level (Foundational) Work Experience Description: Suitable for students with basic foundational knowledge and little to no practical experience, ideal for freshmen or sophomores who have completed only introductory courses. ᅟ Department Stage Position Scope Provides props and equipment in the manner instructed and/or required to maintain the quality of the production supported. Checks props for damage prior to the start of each show and replaces any prop that appears to be defective or too worn, and checks stage for problems and unsafe conditions. Makes and repairs props and constructs stages and sets. Required Qualifications Knowledge of theatrical stage set-up techniques, and be familiar with the various props and equipment used. Good eye sight, hearing and manual dexterity, and capable of full range body movement. Lift and move items weighing up to 70 pounds on a regular basis. Speak, read and write in English. Preferred Qualification 1 year of stage related work experience. Must attach resume and current semester class schedule (weekly view). Must be available Spring Break 2026. Responsibilities
