Our vision is to see Jesus Christ honoured, lives enriched and communities strengthened. To achieve this, we are looking to attract the most capable and mission aligned people to join us.
For over 160 years Anglicare has been serving people in need- providing care to older people and services to the vulnerable. We began because of people who saw a need in the community and who were compelled to make a difference. People motivated by Christian love and a passion to serve. If this describes you, we would love to invite you to join us!
As a Production Systems Analyst (Contractor), you’ll play a critical role in enriching lives through operational excellence in food production. Be welcomed into a compassionate, respectful, and purpose-driven community where we live our values every day.
Your opportunity
6 Month Fixed Term Contract
As our Production Systems Analyst, you will lead the design and establishment of robust supply chain, production planning processes, and business analytics frameworks for Hubfoods – a manufacturer specialising in texture-modified foods for the aged care sector. Your work will directly improve operational efficiency, forecast accuracy, and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

With integrity and analytical expertise, you will:

  • Develop demand forecasting methodologies and tools tailored to our unique production needs
  • Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for demand planning, inventory optimisation, and production scheduling
  • Establish a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework connecting forecasts to production
  • Build and deploy comprehensive business analytics tools to track unit production costs and distributor performance
  • Collaborate with key internal teams and present insights to executive leadership

What you’ll bring
You are a data-driven professional with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and a background in food manufacturing or healthcare distribution. You excel at creating analytics frameworks that support informed business decisions.

You will also need:

  • 5+ years of experience in production systems analysis, supply chain, or similar roles
  • Qualifications in supply chain management and/or finance
  • Strong skills in statistical forecasting methods, inventory management, and supply chain optimisation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Understanding of HACCP, quality control, and food safety principles
  • Ideally, you’ll also bring previous experience working in food manufacturing or healthcare supply chains and stakeholder engagement expertise across operational and financial teams.

  • Flexible work options tailored to project delivery
  • Salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 per year
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Discounts with over 400 retailers
  • Employee Assistance Program and Fitness Passport access for you and your family
