We recruit within the Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction, IT, Engineering, and Corporate markets.

THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will be based on site in Cavan and will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure KPI’s are being hit, order lists are being delivered on schedule, and all targets are being achieved.
• Managing a team of 10-15 production workers on the line.
• Work and liaise with other Team Leaders in the process, and coordinate production with them.
• Work with the maintenance team and senior management, directly reporting to production supervisors.
• Alternating between bi-weekly shift patterns of 6am-2pm and 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday.
