What You’ll Do: * Lead approx. 40 individuals to meet daily goals, working closely with your direct supervisor. * Record and report metrics throughout the shift, ensuring operators are entering proper data. * Lead/give direction to a team to achieve volume and yield targets. * Support and coordinate the training of packaging associates to meet production goals. * Coordinate downtime issues with support from onsite maintenance and engineering staff. * Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. * Other duties as requested. What We’re Looking For: * At least 4 years of experience in production or 1 yr prior leadership/lead role. * Must be able to use and read instruments, including rulers and micrometers. * Perform mathematical calculations including percentages, multiplication, and division. * Reliable, motivated, and good with people - professional with excellent attendance record. * Must have adequate vision to inspect product for small defects and take appropriate corrective actions. * Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time and prioritize appropriately. * Comfortable standing/walking during 12-hour shifts. * A team-first mindset with strong communication skills. * Operate a personal computer (PC) and software relevant to the job. * Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook If you’re ready to take your next step in leadership and grow your career with a global company, apply today!
