• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to stay on schedule.
• Jump in to help when the team is shortstaffed or facing a tight deadline.
• Inspect production processes and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Address and resolve any production or quality issues quickly.
• Work with other departments to improve efficiency, safety, and workflow.
• Track inventory needs and communicate shortages to the supply chain team.
• Keep safety top of mind—ensure policies are followed and PPE is used.
