This is a 3rd shift position working Monday-Friday, 11pm-7am. What You’ll Be Doing * Lead the team — setting clear direction so tasks get done safely and correctly. * Organize work and schedules in a smart way so the team’s time and resources are used well. * Help build a culture where everyone keeps improving, learning, and working as a team — you’ll spot where people can grow and give them opportunities. * Play an active part in Safety and Loss Control: keep things safe, enforce safety rules, help with incident investigations, and make sure fixes actually happen. * Make sure that what we produce meets the standards — follow quality control and inspection procedures so internal and external customers are happy. What We Are Looking For * You’re organized, communicate well, and you like solving problems. * Comfortable interacting with folks at all levels — from team members to supervisors. * Strong with computers: you use Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word like a pro. * Good written and verbal skills — you express yourself clearly and can explain things so people understand.
