Rosderra Irish Meats Group is the largest pork processing company in Ireland. We operate two state-of-the-art slaughtering and processing facilities at Edenderry, Co. Offaly and Roscrea, Co. Tipperary. In addition, we have a Cold store facility in Clara, Co. Offaly, a Pork-Curing facility in Jamestown Co. Leitrim, and a Cooked Meats facility in Stradone, Co. Cavan.
We are currently hiring for our Jamestown Facility
We are looking for enthusiastic charge hand for our pork curing facility in Jamestown Co Leitrim.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• To manage and supervise the Depts./Areas as outlined. This will include working required overtime and week-end work when required.
• Lead and coordinate 8 man team.
• Lead and Plan PIT Communication Meetings.
• Monitor product quality.
• Ability to follow a plan.
• Ability to rotate and train personal in the team.
• Carry out metal detection checks
• Rotation of Stock
