Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience) +Benefits ( After 3 months )

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Team Lead to supervise and support our production floor team. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a team of 12–20 production staff, and ensuring high standards in woodworking, millwork, and overall product quality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of balancing leadership with direct involvement in production tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong background in woodworking and millwork is required.
  • Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop blueprints.
  • Hands-on experience in assembly building and understanding of production processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to motivate a team toward high performance.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of 12–20 production team members.
  • Hold daily morning meetings to communicate tasks, expectations, and safety reminders.
  • Receive and manage work orders from the Production Manager, tracking progress through to completion.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the Production Manager and the shop floor, providing real-time updates throughout the day.
  • Offer hands-on support and direction to team members, ensuring clarity on tasks and processes.
  • Actively participate in assembly building and production work as needed.
  • Interpret technical drawings and ensure all work meets quality standards and design specifications.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues in real time to maintain product excellence.
  • Promote a productive and positive work environment while ensuring adherence to timelines and safety protocols.
