JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Team Lead to oversee and support our production team in a fast-paced woodworking and millwork environment. The successful candidate will manage a team of 12–20 production members, coordinate workflow, ensure high-quality standards, and take part in hands-on production work.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking and millwork operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand shop and technical drawings.
• Keen eye for detail and a strong sense of quality control.
• Comfortable with physical work and hands-on production tasks.

• Supervise and lead 12–20 production team members on a daily basis.
• Conduct daily morning meetings to assign and brief team members on tasks.
• Communicate all instructions and updates from the Production Manager clearly and effectively.
• Track and report work order progress throughout the day to the Production Manager.
• Provide on-the-floor support, answering questions and assisting with tasks as needed.
• Actively participate in the building of assemblies and other production-related work.
• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Identify and address any quality control issues within the production process.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
