Description Position Summary The Production Team Lead is responsible for leading and supporting production associates to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role oversees daily production activities, maintains workplace organization, enforces company standards and procedures, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and team development skills. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, coach, and motivate production associates to achieve operational goals. Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure productivity and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Monitor production performance and address issues promptly to minimize downtime. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in accordance with company standards. Support quality control initiatives and ensure products meet customer requirements. Conduct employee coaching, performance feedback, and development activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing solutions. Maintain accurate production records and communicate operational updates to management. Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Requirements Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent required. Technical school certification or related training preferred. Experience Minimum of 4 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment. Previous experience as a Team Lead, Production Supervisor, or similar leadership role preferred. Required Skills & Competencies Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong task delegation, coaching, and performance management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work across departments. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies preferred. Language Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish required.
