WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Lead, motivate, and support a small production team to meet daily targets and maintain workflow
• Oversee the accurate weighing, mixing, and preparation of ingredients
• Carry out and monitor quality checks to ensure consistency and compliance
• Manage label printing and ensure correct stock rotation of packaging and labels
• Maintain accurate records for production, quality, and technical processes
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and allergen control standards throughout the facility
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Support the training and development of team members
